Ability to accept 2nd highest bid on auction if highest bidder doesnt pull through the auction.

I have a suggestion:To give auctioneers a 2nd chance option/tab/message button which when clicked  would send  a message to another bidder in the auction.(saying something to the effect of:  Hello  this is a sencond chance offer on the auction you bid on.  The  original winner of the auction did not complete the auction. Would you be interested to complete the auction as the new winner agreeing to the last bid you made on the auction. If so  click the accept button).  When the original auction  winner fails to complete the auction. Giving all parties involved in the auction a 2nd chance  to  benefit when the auction winner does not respond or does not complete the auction in the 48 hr window. This would have to show up in the  HISTORY section.  Due to the fact once an auction is accepted  it pops to the accepted   listings. This would help it not to be held in the active listing  but accessible if needed/wanted,    From experience  I have found many people appreciate  a 2nd chance at an auction. This would provide an opportunity for someone who wanted to win the item to get it. This would also still provide the seller a chance to report the original winner for not completing the auction (as stated in Nookazon rules) and/or leave a review for the original winner (for an incomplete auction).
